Another week and it looked like spaghetti was coming from the ceiling!
And soon the walls started to come down:

But after a month the walls started to be built up:
And after 2 months the extension began to shape:
... and soon the extension got its roof:
As the project neared completion with just a month to re-opening . . .
And the kitchen is coming along:
